1. Booking and Payment

Adeposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be settled 15 days before your tour begins.

Weacceptpayments through bank transfer, debit card and upi etc.

2. Cancellation Policy

Westrive to offer you the best travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Please note the following cancellation terms:

1. NoRefund will be provided for the initial booking amount in case of cancellations.

2. Cancellation Fees:

Ifcancellations are made 30 days before the trip start date, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Ifcancellations are made between 15-30 days before the trip start date, 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Ifcancellations are made within 0-15 days before the trip start date, 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

Inthe case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may need to be canceled. Our team will do their best to arrange alternate feasible activities, but no refund will be provided for such changes. Destination-Specific Variations:

This is a general cancellation policy. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the specific destination chosen by the guest.

3. Changes in Itinerary

Sobik Trips reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes made to the itinerary will be in the best interest of the client’s safety and experience.

4. Responsibilities of the Client

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have all the necessary documents (valid passport, visa, permits) before the tour. All personal belongings are the responsibility of the client, and Sobik Trips will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage. Clients must follow the instructions of the guide at all times for safety reasons.

5. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal liability.

6. Health and Safety

Clients must inform Sobik Trips of any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect the tour. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone we believe may jeopardize the safety of others or themselves during the tour.

7. Liability

Sobik Trips acts as an agent for travel services (transportation, accommodation, etc.) and will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, delays, or losses beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the total price of the tour package purchased.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Amendments

Sobik Trips reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be available on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the amendments.
