After checking in at your hotel and freshening up, take the evening to explore MG Marg, the main market, where you can indulge in shopping and savor local cuisine.
ull-day sightseeing in Gangtok, visiting key attractions such as Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten Stupa, Banjhakri Waterfalls, Gangtok Ropeway, Enchey Monastery, Flower Exhibition Centre, Hanuman Tok, MG Marg, Tashi View Point, and Ganesh Tok.
On the day of the excursion, enjoy breakfast at your hotel before departing around 9:00 AM for Tsomgo Lake, arriving by 10:30 AM. Spend time taking in the views and enjoying activities like pony rides. Next, head to Baba Mandir, about 15 km away, to learn about the local legend. After visiting the mandir, return to Gangtok, arriving around 3:00 PM. Enjoy some leisure time for lunch and exploring local attractions before concluding your day with an overnight stay in Gangtok.
Starts with breakfast before checking out and transferring to Pelling, a journey of about 4-5 hours. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and visit Kanchenjunga Falls and the historical Rabdentse Ruins. In the evening, enjoy panoramic views of the Kanchenjunga range from your accommodation.
After breakfast, visit the Pemayangtse Monastery and the sacred Khecheopalri Lake. You may also explore the nearby village of Yuksom or enjoy a leisurely nature walk. Spend the evening relaxing at your hotel, and if available, enjoy a bonfire.
Involves checking out after breakfast and transferring to Ravangla, which takes approximately 2-3 hours. Once there, visit Buddha Park (Tathagata Tsal) to soak in the serene atmosphere. You’ll have options to hike to nearby viewpoints or simply relax at your accommodation for the evening.
After breakfast, check out and head back to Gangtok. Depending on your flight or train schedule, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing before being transferred back to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Station for your departure.
